We had been talking about redesigning the website for four years. Every time we tried to brief another agency, the conversation went around in circles and nothing happened. Marco asked the right questions from the first call. Three months later, online reservations tripled. The process was clear, direct, and fast.
The rebrand felt like someone finally understood what Laboratorio Crespi is. The new mark looks like it was always ours — it connects to the place, to the craft, to the history of the workshop. The revenue numbers are real, but honestly the biggest change is that I'm proud to hand someone a business card now.
Our old website worked — just barely. The Custom Designs Work team showed us exactly what was broken and why the conversion rate was so low. The new design was worth the investment in the first month. Clear, fast, professional.

An interactive prototype you can click through on a real device — or share with stakeholders and developers for review.
One structured revision round per service scope. Feedback collected, implemented, and confirmed before handoff.
Annotated Figma file with all values, component documentation, and source exports. Your developer builds — design decisions already made.
