E-commerce Store Design is our most comprehensive service. We design the complete user interface for an online store — from the homepage and category pages through product pages, cart, checkout, and post-purchase screens — with a focus on the moment-by-moment decisions that determine whether a visitor becomes a customer.
Italian businesses that sell physical or digital goods are in a specific position in 2024 and 2025: their products are often genuinely excellent — the craftsmanship, the quality, the story — but the digital experience of buying from them lags behind what their audience experiences on Amazon, on Farfetch, on well-funded DTC brands. The result is cart abandonment, price comparison, and lost sales to platforms that charge high commissions for the privilege.
E-commerce design that closes this gap is not about making the store look more expensive. It is about removing friction at every step: making product images load fast and look accurate, making the product story easy to read and trustworthy, making size and variant selection obvious, making the cart always accessible, making checkout as short as possible, making returns and guarantees visible before the purchase rather than after.
We design all screens in Figma: homepage, category pages, filters and search, product detail pages (the most commercially critical screen in any store), wishlist and account screens, cart and multi-step checkout, order confirmation, and the returning customer experience. Every screen includes desktop and mobile variants — for most Italian e-commerce businesses, mobile is now 65–75% of traffic.
For Lombardy and Northern Italian businesses with physical stores alongside their online presence, we also design the digital-physical touchpoints: click-and-collect flows, in-store pickup confirmation screens, and loyalty programme interfaces.
All source files are delivered in a Figma handoff format compatible with WooCommerce, Shopify, and custom-built stores.
