Ristorante Bellavista has been one of Bergamo Alta's most respected tables for over a decade. Their food, the setting, the service — all exceptional. Their website, when we first saw it, was a 2014 WordPress theme with a mobile-broken layout, stock photography, and a reservations flow that required three clicks and a phone call. We redesigned around their actual photography, simplified the information architecture to five focused pages, and replaced the reservation friction with a single inline booking widget. Reservations from the website grew 340% in three months.

Laboratorio Crespi

Three generations of Crespi family have been producing hand-stitched leather goods in Costa Volpino since 1978. Their craft was exceptional. Their brand was a WordArt logo from 2003 and inconsistent product labels. The rebrand created a mark inspired by the stone arch motifs of Bergamo Città Alta — geometric, confident, unmistakably Italian. Paired with a warm craft-appropriate colour system and a proper typographic hierarchy, the new brand allowed the product quality to be the story rather than working against it. Direct retail revenue grew 240% in the following 8 months.

Optika Merone had a functioning e-commerce store — Prestashop 1.6, built in 2013, last updated in 2018. It processed orders, but the experience was slow, cluttered, and clearly old. Their in-store conversion rate was 68%. Their online conversion rate was 0.4%. We redesigned the entire store: homepage, category pages, a product detail page rebuilt around the specific needs of eyewear (correct prescription information, frame measurement display, try-before-you-buy confidence signals), and a simplified checkout. Online sales grew 280% in 5 months. Their online conversion rate reached 3.8%.
