Custom Designs Work S.r.l. (“Studio”) provides digital design services including brand identity design, website UI design, landing page design, e-commerce store design, mobile app UI design, and design system production. All services are delivered digitally. No physical products are shipped.
Orders are placed and paid through the website at customdesignswork.com. Payment is processed by Stripe. The Studio does not store card data. The standard payment schedule is 50% at order confirmation and 50% on delivery of final files. For online orders, the full amount may be charged upfront via Stripe Checkout as configured at time of purchase.
Work begins after payment is confirmed and the client has completed the project brief form sent by the Studio. The delivery timeline runs from the date the brief is agreed, not the date of payment.
Each service includes one structured revision round unless otherwise stated on the service page. A revision round consists of consolidated client feedback submitted at one time, which the Studio implements. Multiple separate feedback submissions do not constitute one revision round. Additional revision rounds may be purchased as add-ons.
The client is responsible for providing accurate and timely brief responses, content (copy, photography, existing brand materials), and feedback within the agreed timelines. Delays caused by late client feedback may extend the delivery timeline without obligation on the Studio.
On receipt of full payment, the Studio transfers ownership of all final design deliverables to the client. Working files (Figma source files) are transferred as specified per service. The Studio retains the right to display delivered work in its portfolio unless the client requests otherwise in writing before project commencement.
The Studio is not liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental damages arising from the use of delivered design files. The Studio's total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question.
These terms are governed by Italian law. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Bergamo, Italy.
